SERVICES

FEES

I charge an hourly rate of £225.00 and my minimum fee for a straightforward notarial matter is £105.00. My minimum fee for acting for a company client is £165.00. I am not registered for VAT. I will provide you with a quote before I undertake the work, based on the amount of time I estimate that it will take to complete it.

SERVICES

Here are some of the Services I provide:

Notarisation of:

  • Memorandum & Articles of Association of a Company
  • Certificates of Good Standing
  • UK Companies House Certificates and other company documents
  • Affidavits, Declarations and USA Acknowledgements
  • Academic certificates
  • Passports
  • Power of attorney by individual
  • Power of attorney by company
  • Consent to travel for a minor
  • Business immigration
  • Sponsorship letters
  • Notarised translations
  • Medical professionals practising overseas

I can also deal with the legalisation of your documents at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office and at the appropriate Embassy, if required.

I normally ask for you to send me a copy of the document(s) which require notarisation by email before the appointment so that I can check it to ensure that it is ready to sign.

You will need to bring your photo ID to the appointment in the form of a passport, ID card or photocard driving licence, together with proof of address in the form of a recent utility bill or bank statement, dated within the last 3 months.

I can normally offer you an appointment either the same day or within 24 hours if your matter is urgent. The appointment is unlikely to take more than half an hour to an hour.

If the document needs to be legalised then this normally takes a total of 3 to 4 days from the date of appointment to the date of return of the document to you. There is a priority service which takes less time but will still take 3 days including day of posting and date of receipt. If the document requires Embassy legalisation as well then it may take longer
